Are your products fragrance-free?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout where applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to select countries worldwide, including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, and more. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please see below.
What if my product arrived damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at aurielle0213@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to view order status at any time.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We begin processing orders quickly after they’re placed. If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at aurielle0213@gmail.com. We’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
I haven’t received my order confirmation — what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us at aurielle0213@gmail.com with the name and email used at checkout and we’ll look into it.

We do! Aurielle ships to 27 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, and more. Your skin goals shouldn't be limited by borders.
How long does shipping take?
For domestic US orders, we offer Economy and Standard shipping options. International orders ship via USPS and DHL Express. Exact delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
